Apr. 27th, 2022 11:52 amI've had three suddenly stall and go nowhere on me in two months. Two of them were Transformers RPs that were very important to me. One s a Fallout New Vegas that also has stalled. I know irl shit happens, that's something I get. Just disappointed that I can't seem to find someone to really get into it. I think the fact that neither was a big fan but still willing to try has been a factor.

Fun With Typos
Apr. 13th, 2022 10:26 amI'm in an rp on discord involving two Stunticons chasing down a rogue Autobot (to start, it will move on to the rp proper once she's been apprehended, and it's been fun so far. I'm currently rp'ing Breakdown as well as my Autobot oc. I attempted to saying something about 'the Lamborghini Countach transformed' and the phone tried to autocorrect it to 'accountant'.
Now I'm having visuals of Breakdown looking adorable with a tie and a briefcase.
But now that I think about it, I wonder if his tendency towards malapropisms isn't just they all have an internal autocorrect and his is malfunctioning. I love Breaky.

Playing Dwarf Fortress earlier. A giant bat got into the fortress. Most of my dwarves rushed to confront it. I had 34 pages of combat reports before it finally dropped dead.

I need to take a writing break
Apr. 9th, 2022 07:26 pmI'm starting to feel a little burned out again. I can always tell when that happens. I start second-guessing myself and my talent, or comparing myself to those whom I think are better than I. I start feel like nothing I do was worth the time it took to write it. Last night's story was kind of a failure, IMO.
So I'll take a break, after I finish off Stunticons Week with a small freespace story.
